As an artist, I use abstract painting techniques to guide others by using their inner creativity as an expression of communicating. My unique painting techniques, provides a positive outlet; allowing my customers to find their true selves through the art. Building self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-awareness, one stroke at a time.

The freedom of abstract art is that it captures the moment and emotions that one may be feeling at that exact time. Creating artwork that is unique and sometimes unexpected for the artist. There are no rules and no mistakes! While this is freeing to many, it can also be a little overwhelming for others. Therefore, I also provide my customers the option of pre-sketched canvases for home painting kits or large events; where you can enjoy the fun of picking your own colors and adding your unique spin on these ready-to-paint images.

As No Limit Painting continues to grow and thrive, I look forward to partnering with local organizations to see how we can bring the healing power of art to your team or to the people you serve. As a traveling teaching artist, I can bring the art to you and your organization , after school programing, youth development, community engagement, team building, residences, commissions, step-by-step art classes or event planning. A little more about me…

By now, I hope you’ve discovered my love for color and creativity. I’m excited about life and have a personality to match!

I was born and raised in Chicago IL, and attended Carver Military Academy. Once I graduated high school in 2002, I moved to Saint Cloud, MN, making it my home where I started my family and met my husband.

I spent most of my life working as a certified nursing assistant, until a back injury caused me to be out of work. I found painting to be a positive outlet in the midst of a difficult situation. It started as just a hobby until I began to display my artwork on social media websites, and people began to take an interest in my artwork.

I still thought nothing of it, I was just so appreciative of the compliments that lifted my spirits.

I slowly began to heal, and I returned to work as a paraprofessional/ teachers assistant working with special-ed students in District 742 .

I began to rebuild and reclaim my identity, becoming a pillar in my community by attending community meetings, the Higherworks Collaborative program, herARTS in Action, and the Jugaad Leadership program. I also recently graduated from Enterprise Academy through the Initiative Foundation, where I’ve learned the basics of becoming an entrepreneur.

This gave me the push to officially start my own business.

I am now the proud president & founder of No Limit Painting, LLC.
